Dear Andreea,

Frank and I would like to extend our great appreciation for all that you did for us during our wedding planning process and event day. You went over and above what was asked. You were so great to work with and made every step easy. Also the staff at the Southern Mansion was awesome. When a few of our guests were late checking in on Wednesday night due to an accident, the innkeeper assisted them in everyway. That spoke volumes to Frank and I. We both could not thank you all enough. All of our wedding guest enjoyed every moment of the day and are still talking about the occasion. We are so grateful for your creativity with the spacing issues and I think that utilizing the porch and downstairs worked out really well. In retrospect I do see that Mike and I tried to have the event be too casual and that people needed better direction, which you had tried telling us. But all in all I think things went well. On Friday, April 30, 2004, I was married at the Southern Mansion. As a fellow businesswoman and lifetime resident, I felt compelled to write this letter.

Your staff and facility were exceptional in every way.  From the day we interviewed with her in January until the minute we checked out on May 3rd, you were kind, knowledgeable and professional. She made us feel “at home” and confidant that affair would be magical and memorable. It definitely was.

The facility is wonderful and I commend your talent and commitment in bringing such a high quality establishment to South Jersey. Cape May is “our little secret” as we often escape there for a respite from our hectic schedules. The Southern Mansion is now the only “house” we’ll use personally and for our out of town guests.

We will always highly recommend you and would be happy to serve as a reference at any time.

It was a perfect weekend, weather wise, and the ceremony outdoors was lovely. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful everything was, inside and outside.

The food was superb. Guests commented on the quality of the food at the cocktail hour and at dinner, and the room looked warm and inviting.

Robby and I want to start off by saying thank you for helping us plan such an incredible wedding and weekend. It has been a month and people are still talking about it! We really appreciate all of your help and patience with dealing with some of the challenging obstacles along the way. Some of it was definitely not easy but we got through it.

The Wedding Day was just perfect. It certainly was a miracle that it didn’t rain but we knew you wouldn’t let us down!! Everything was organized so well. You and your “supporting staff” did such a wonderful job with every detail even ironing out the little kinks along the way. We could not have been more pleased with the way everything turned out. And we truly fell that we would not have changed a thing. I genuinely appreciate your kind words to me at the end of the night when you said we were great to work with and you will miss us, thanks it means a lot!

You were wonderful to work with and we are grateful about your willingness to work with us during the entire process. The Southern Mansion is such a beautiful place. You and the house will always hold a special place in our hearts.

P.S. Thanks for looking out for me before the ceremony (I laugh every time I think of when you said, “All I saw was a white puff and I had to see what it was”). Then I saw you through the railings and you raced up the stairs to let us in room 25-Thankgoodness I would have melted!!

We are writing a letter in behalf of our wedding coordinator. We recently had our wedding at the Southern Mansion on June 28, 2003. We have to begin by saying how wonderful we thought everything was. We rented the whole house for all of our guests to stay. They all had a fabulous time all weekend long. The food, service, and amenities were outstanding.

You did such an outstanding job organizing everything for us. Not just for the day of the wedding but for the entire weekend. She is a wonderful coordinator and she is terrific with all of our guests making sure everything was right. The wedding was a true success. We appreciate everyone's help in making our wedding weekend perfect.

Your wedding coordinator is terrific at what she does. During our yearlong planning process, we never had any difficulties reaching her whenever we had questions. She was always available and very helpful. We appreciate all of her efforts before, during and after our wedding. This letter is a little late coming to say thank you all for the amazing job you all did to make sure that our wedding was so wonderful. The food to the impeccable execution of all your service was noticed and complimented by all the guests who are still raving about the wedding. Many people were in the hospitality industry who were especially complimentary of your professionalism and attention to detail

People commented how the chairs from the main parlor seemed to disappear after the ceremony, that the specific people who were to receive nonalcholic champagne were served the correct glasses for the toast and the class that all of this was done was commendable.

I was as organized as a bride could be before the wedding, and somehow on the day of I was operating on emotion and adrenaline and relied on all of you to carry out a dream event - and you did.
