Hotel Policies
- Quiet time is 9PM to 8AM as courtesy to all of our guests
- Rates are based on double occupancy. $50 Extra Person.
- Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
- Sorry, pets are not allowed. Service dogs are welcome with appropriate documentation.
- A 50% deposit will be required to confirm reservations for two nights or more.
- A full deposit is required to confirm one-night reservations. (Weekdays only.)
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.
- A minimum stay requirement may apply on weekends.
- Check in between 3 pm and 7 pm.
- Smoking is prohibited both indoors and outdoors on the property. Any violation of this policy will result in a $250.00 fine.
Children Policies
The adult environment of the Inn provides a break for those parents who seek time away from the day-to-day responsibilities of raising small children. We try to encourage this environment by welcoming children 12 and older.
Cancellation and Early Departure Policies
In the interest of good customer relations, we understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. We often try to reschedule cancellations off-season if we can re-rent the room. We absolutely cannot reschedule for a weekend or prime season.
Standard Reservations: If you cancel at least 21 days prior to the arrival date, a $35.00 cancellation fee will be charged per room. If you cancel within 15–20 days of your arrival date, a one-night deposit will be charged. Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date will be charged the total amount shown on the guest folio.
One-night reservations, promotions & special packages: The total cost is non-refundable and non-transferable to any other dates or persons regardless of the date of cancellation.
Two or more night reservations: From the date your reservation is confirmed, to at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival, a $35.00 cancellation fee will be charged per room. Your 50% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 14-20 days prior to your reservation date. For cancellations within two weeks of your arrival date, you will be charged the total amount shown on your guest folio.
Early Departures and/or Inclement Weather: These are neither refundable nor transferable to any other dates or persons. This reservation is 100% confirmed.
