St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner, and if you’re looking for a weekend filled with music, dancing, great food, and good vibes, our corner of New Jersey’s got you covered! Whether you want to sip wine at a festive gathering, take an icy dip for a good cause, or cheer on a parade of bagpipers and Irish dancers, there’s plenty of Cape May St Patrick’s Day fun (and maybe even a little luck!) waiting for you. Here’s what’s happening:

St. Patrick’s Weekend Festival at Willow Creek Winery

Kick off the weekend in style at the 4th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Festival at Willow Creek Winery! Over three days of celebration, you’ll be treated to live Irish music, traditional dancers, and the incredible sounds of pipe and drum corps.

But that’s not all! You can also stroll through an open-air artisan market (running daily from 11:30 AM – 5 PM) featuring local vendors with handcrafted treasures, delicious treats, and one-of-a-kind finds. Sip on a glass of wine, enjoy the entertainment, and soak up the festive atmosphere—it’s the perfect way to celebrate the luck of the Irish!

Carney’s Cares Weekend Extravaganza

Ready for a little adventure? On Saturday, March 15th, take part in the 8th Annual Carney’s Cares 5K Run & Polar Plunge—a thrilling event that’s as fun as it is meaningful!

Lace up your sneakers for a scenic 5K run along the Cape May coastline, then (if you’re brave enough!) take a freezing dip into the Atlantic Ocean. It’s all for a great cause, with 100% of proceeds benefiting the Cape May Food Closet and NextGen30, two local organizations that make a real difference in the community.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade in North Wildwood

It’s not a true St. Patrick’s Day celebration without a parade, and North Wildwood’s is one you don’t want to miss! The festivities start with an opening ceremony, then the parade marches north on Atlantic Avenue to Olde NJ Avenue, filling the streets with Irish pride, music, and excitement.
